During our Mangrove tour in Langkawi we spotted a Sea Eagle sitting high in the trees. We watched for several minutes before the bird suddenly took flight. This is the best of the in-flight shots I tried to grab as the eagle swooped from tree to tree. Trying to photograph birds is hard enough but doing it from a bobbing boat makes it doubly difficult. This photo was taken with my Nikon D3s, Nikkor 70-200mm f2.8 with Tc17E. I cropped the final image significantly to get a close crop of the eagle.
