The Equipment

I often get asked what gear I use and recommend to shoot sports photography.

Here is a sample of my personal set-up. Way too much gear to list here but this gives an idea of the gear necessary to shoot and publish sports photography.  This requires high-end professional equipment. Here is a sample of the gear in the field and in the studio.

To shoot sports photography and get great results you need high spec expensive equipment. All our lives we have used Nikon gear because we just love the physical layout, controls and ruggedness of Nikon.

In the studio I am a closet Apple fanboy and love to use their products.
